Tutor for Language Learning - Braga, Portugal



Our language learning center in Braga is seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor to join our team. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to our students. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective language lessons based on students' individual needs
- Develop lesson plans and materials that are aligned with our curriculum
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to help them improve their language skills
- Create a supportive and positive learning environment for students
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure the success of the language learning program

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in the target language (English, Spanish, French, or German)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching the target language to non-native speakers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work legally in Portugal without accommodation

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience teaching online or using technology in the classroom
- Knowledge of Portuguese language and culture

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location: Braga, Portugal. This position is suitable for both men and women.
