Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salalah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling various administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Filipino or Nepali nationality preferred
- No English proficiency required
- Ability to work without prior experience
- Valid visa sponsorship provided
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
