Administrator (Indian nationals)
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment. This full-time position is suitable for freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for employees
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
