We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines according to instructions
- Inspect machines regularly for any malfunctions or issues
- Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs as needed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep machines clean and well-maintained for optimal performance
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and targets
- Record and report any production or maintenance issues
- Train new employees on machine operation procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
- Knowledge of machine operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
