Metal Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Siauliai, working on a contract basis. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures, equipment, and machinery according to specifications. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in metalworking and a strong understanding of different welding techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of metal structures
- Fabricate, repair, or modify metal structures using various tools and equipment
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, calipers, or other measuring instruments
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together according to specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality control and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment used in metalworking processes
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to use various tools such as grinders, saws, drills etc.
- Physical dexterity and strength for lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills required
