Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Almada is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in land surveying, as well as excellent mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data on land boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and robotic instruments to measure and record precise measurements
- Create accurate maps, charts, and other documents based on collected data
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate site plans for construction projects
- Maintain records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
