Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team in Dubai. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. Your attention to detail and knowledge of different types of flowers and plants will be essential in bringing our clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in floral design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
- Select appropriate flowers, plants, vases, and other materials for each order
- Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing way while considering color combinations, textures, and overall design
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials when needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in floral design or related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not already Canadian citizen or permanent resident (as per company policy)
