Floral Designer/Florist

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer/Florist to join our team in Dubai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events, occasions, and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and design to showcase their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other decorative pieces.
- Selecting the appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials based on the occasion or event.
- Maintaining the quality of flowers by properly handling, cutting, and conditioning them.
- Keeping track of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for custom orders.
- Setting up floral displays at events or venues according to design plans.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and offering recommendations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
- Creative eye for design with the ability to work with different color schemes and styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to handle physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Attention to detail to ensure each arrangement meets high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to African or Egyptian candidates.

Work Arrangement:
This position does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided but free visa assistance and airfare ticket will be provided for selected candidates.
