Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will play a crucial role in our retail operations in Muscat. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies for our retail stores in Muscat
- Work closely with the buying team to identify and source new products
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and trends
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards in stores
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200$
Location: Muscat, Oman.
