Job Title: Senior Architect - Braga

We are in search of an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Braga. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month without accommodation. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of architectural projects from concept development to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Review and approve plans, budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
