We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, overseeing the design process and ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and landscape architects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients and contractors
- Review construction plans and provide feedback for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Excellent design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
