Indian Restaurant Manager (Part-time) in Muscat, Oman
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees
- Create and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position. This does not include accommodation.
