Machine Operator (Factory) - Dubrovnik


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our factory team in Dubrovnik. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. You must have strong technical knowledge and experience in operating machines in a factory setting.

Key responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines based on production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal output
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with salary starting at $1400 per month, with potential for growth within the company. We offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. Women are encouraged to apply.
