Factory Line Worker

Our manufacturing company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled and reliable Factory Line Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment on the production line to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory setting, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to set procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Monitor production process and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Previous experience working on a factory production line preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
