Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Multan, Pakistan
Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience and qualifications)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Multan, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish.

As a Part-Time Construction Manager, your duties may include obtaining necessary permits and licenses, creating project timelines and budgets, hiring and supervising contractors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating progress updates to clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. You must also possess strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of contractors and workers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
