Factory Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in our factory, ensuring they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in machine operation and a strong understanding of factory production processes. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment. English language skills are not required for this role, making it suitable for Malayalees or non-native speakers looking for job opportunities in Pula.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines in the factory, including but not limited to cutting, drilling, and shaping machines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation and perform basic maintenance on machines as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong understanding of factory production processes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine maintenance
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month
