Job Title: Factory Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a factory setting. You should have a high level of technical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot and make minor repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery according to instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
- At least 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $900 per month
