Dismantler Supervisor

As a Dismantler Supervisor, you will oversee the dismantling and removal of various structures and equipment. This includes managing a team of dismantlers, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized work site. You will also be responsible for identifying salvageable materials and coordinating their removal for resale or recycling.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Supervising a team of dismantlers and assigning tasks
- Ensuring all safety regulations are followed
- Inspecting structures and equipment to determine the best dismantling methods
- Coordinating with clients to schedule dismantling projects
- Identifying valuable materials for salvage and coordinating their removal
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site
- Providing training and guidance to new team members
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in construction or demolition is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in demolition or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to demolition work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
