We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process for our projects. This includes creating and reviewing architectural plans, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and designs for various projects
- Review and approve architectural plans created by team members
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on design options
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1600 per month.
