Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients on various computer-related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
- Train end-users on the proper use of hardware and software.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We do not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship. Freshers are welcome to apply as we provide on-the-job training.
