IT Manager (Indian Nationals) - Ufa, Russia

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to oversee our operations in Ufa, Russia. As an Indian national with experience in the field of information technology, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company's IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software and network systems
- Ensure the security of all company data and information
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Develop and implement new IT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend improvements or upgrades to current systems
- Train employees on proper use of technology and provide ongoing support
- Manage the IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience working with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of network security, database management, and software development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Fluency in English is not required but preferred

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
