Salary: $1500 per month


A well-established restaurant in Karachi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Train and supervise staff members, including servers, cooks, and other support staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create work schedules for employees to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Control inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
