Job Title: Plastering Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of plastering, including preparation, application, and finishing. They should also have knowledge of different types of plaster and techniques for different surfaces. The role will involve working on both residential and commercial projects, so the ability to adapt to different environments is important. The salary for this position is 1300$ and includes a free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed
- Apply plaster using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or spreading
- Create smooth and even finishes
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster
- Work with different types of plaster such as gypsum, cement, or lime
- Understand the properties of different surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and durability
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in plastering, including trowels, sprayers, and mixers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create precise finishes
- Physical stamina to work on projects that may require standing or bending for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
