IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and maintaining the overall functionality of our computer systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and security
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
$1400 per month
