Computer Support Specialist



Our fast-paced company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all computer-related issues within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Train staff on basic computer usage and best practices
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies or upgrades
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and basic troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-tech users
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per week.
