Job Title: Solar Installer - Shan, Philippines

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires physical labor, technical expertise, and attention to detail. You will work with a team to ensure that the installation process is carried out efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include measuring and marking areas for panel placement, assembling panels and components, connecting wiring and mounting systems, and testing the functionality of the system. You must have knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, as well as the ability to read blueprints and diagrams. This position may also require you to perform maintenance on existing systems or troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in solar installation is preferred but not required. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
