Part-Time Team Lead


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Team Lead in Khanpur. As a part-time team lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, ensuring that they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service. This position is suitable for men who are looking for flexible work hours and have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills.
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving goals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on experience).

Location: Khanpur (preference for candidates residing in or near Khanpur).

Note: This is a part-time position with flexible work hours. Only candidates with their own visa will be considered.
