Job Title: Florist



We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Florist to join our team in Shan. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and aesthetically pleasing floral arrangements according to client requests
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by watering, pruning, and arranging them properly
- Keep track of inventory and manage supplies for floral arrangements
- Create displays and maintain the overall appearance of the flower shop
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and suggest new ideas to attract customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to create various floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Experience with wedding or event floral design is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Proficiency in English

Salary: $1000 per month
