Part-Time Tiler in Funchal



We are in need of a skilled Tiler to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tile, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the tiling industry or supplement their income.

Requirements:

- No prior experience required, but some basic knowledge or skills in tiling is preferred
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Must have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

- Measure and cut tiles according to specifications using hand tools or tile cutters
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, filling holes, and cleaning surfaces
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive using trowels or tile adhesive machines
- Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces using various patterns and designs
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed
- Clean and polish finished surfaces ensuring they are level and aligned properly

We offer competitive pay of $1400 per month with potential for growth within our company. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed. Visa sponsorship may also be available for the right candidate.
