Accountant vacancy in Faisalabad Pakistan

Senior Accountant

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of our company and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare tax returns and handle tax-related inquiries
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash disbursements
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including IFRS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
