Our company is a leading property management company based in Lisbon, seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis. This position requires someone with a strong background in general maintenance and repairs, as well as experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. This role also offers the added bonus of accommodation, free visa, and ticket for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on various properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc.
- Manage daily tasks and prioritize projects effectively
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or requests promptly
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to relocate to Lisbon if not already located there

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
