Crane Operator Supervisor


As a Crane Operator Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of cranes in our company's construction sites in Braga, Portugal. You will work closely with a team of crane operators to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will also involve training and mentoring new crane operators, conducting safety inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during crane operations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of crane operators on construction sites
- Train and mentor new crane operators, ensuring they are proficient in operating various types of cranes
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during crane operations
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the designated time frame and budget
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule crane operations according to project needs
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure safe crane operations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a certified Crane Operator
- Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred
- Valid Crane Operator certification/license required
- Ability to operate various types of cranes, including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Good physical stamina, as the job may involve climbing ladders or working at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
