Facade Construction Manager

As a Facade Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and construction of building facades. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of workers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design and construction process runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and experience working with facade systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation and construction of building facades
- Oversee a team of workers to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Manage project budget and report any discrepancies or issues to upper management
- Review designs and provide input on constructability
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facade construction or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of facade systems and materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with project management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position based in Shan City. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Pakistani or Egyptian candidates. Fluency in English is required.
