Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects and teams. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Develop project plans and oversee their execution
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback to improve functionality and aesthetics
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and desires for each project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on career development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect or in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates outside of Russia.

Language requirement:
English language proficiency is preferred but not required.

Experience requirement:
At least 5 years experience as an architect or in a managerial role is required.

Other requirements:
Valid biometric passport is required for travel purposes.
