Our architecture firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the success of each project.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Review project designs for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Communicate project updates regularly to all stakeholders
- Make critical decisions under pressure to keep projects on track
