IT Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Shan. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing strategic guidance to the company's technology decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and disaster recovery.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Provide strategic guidance on technology decisions to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or updates as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify needs and implement solutions that improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing teams of IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills.

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (open to non-native speakers)
