IT Manager - Shan


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the information technology department of our company based in Shan, India. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing hardware and software installations, ensuring network security and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology systems
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to maintain optimal system performance
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements
- Lead a team of IT professionals to support the company's technology needs
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with different departments within the company
