Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are using computer hardware and software. You will diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems, install and maintain computer systems, and train users on basic computer functions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's network systems.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals. Additionally, you must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, but a degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is also desired. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with customers.
