IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all computer systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Manage IT budget and expenses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, network infrastructure, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of developing successful IT strategies within an organization

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a multinational company or with international teams
- Familiarity with Indian business culture
- Fluency in Russian language
