Online Consultant for Student Accommodation in Gujrat


We are hiring an Online Consultant to assist students in finding suitable accommodation options in Gujrat. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual guidance and support to students seeking accommodation within their budget and preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with students via online platforms such as emails, live chat, and video calls to understand their accommodation needs
- Research and provide information on available accommodation options in Gujrat, considering the student's budget and preferences
- Assist students with the booking process for their chosen accommodation option
- Resolve any queries or concerns of students related to their accommodation
- Collaborate with housing providers to negotiate rates and secure discounts for students
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and bookings
- Keep up-to-date with the local housing market trends and changes in prices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an online consultant or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, live chat, and video calls
- Familiarity with Gujrat's housing market is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Availability to work on a contract basis

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world. However, preference will be given to candidates based in or familiar with Gujrat.
