Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in Gujrat

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our growing team in Gujrat. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance to our e-commerce customers through various online platforms. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it ideal for students looking to gain valuable work experience.

Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media channels, as well as handling any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing product listings and assisting with order fulfillment processes.
