We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network and IT systems to ensure their smooth operation. Your role will also involve implementing security measures, managing user accounts, and providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems
- Provide technical support to employees on network-related issues
- Keep track of inventory and ensure proper documentation of all network equipment
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator (1+ year)
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configuration
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
