Senior Level Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Balzers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of complex software solutions, as well as providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and testing high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements
- Leading the development process from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior level developer
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Knowledge of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working in a multicultural environment

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month along with benefits such as visa sponsorship. This is a full-time position.
