The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Karachi. This is a part-time position that requires someone with excellent communication skills and a strong sales background. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking and prospecting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create and maintain reports on sales activity, revenue, and goals
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of the local market in Karachi is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Pakistan
