Job Title: Glazier Technician
Location: Faro, Portugal


As a Glazier Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures such as buildings, homes, and vehicles. Your main duties will include cutting, shaping, and installing glass according to specifications, as well as removing and replacing broken or damaged glass. You will also be expected to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including drills, saws, and measuring devices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of math and measurement techniques
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass according to specifications using tools such as glass cutters, saws, or drills
- Install glass in frames or structures using putty or other adhesives
- Replace broken or damaged glass in buildings, homes, or vehicles
- Create templates for custom-shaped pieces of glass
- Follow safety procedures when handling glass
- Maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time job with flexible working hours.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing in Faro.

Visa Sponsorship:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Portugal.

Experience Level:
This position is open for all levels of experience. Training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
