Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management principles. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to quality standards. This is a full-time job with salary starting at 1700$, and visa sponsorship is available for non-nationals. No English language skills are required, making this an ideal opportunity for Malayalees or other foreign candidates looking to work in Riyadh. Students with no prior experience are also welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided by our company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure they are adhered to
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, upper management, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience working on projects in Riyadh is preferred but not required
