Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, conducting surveys for construction projects, and providing accurate data for various engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations and laser scanners
- Create detailed maps and drawings based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to determine project specifications
- Provide advice on land use and potential restrictions or hazards
- Prepare reports and documentation of survey findings
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge of surveying procedures, principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Valid professional license/certification preferred
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month
