Gardener Supervisor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Khanpur. Our company specializes in providing high-quality gardening services to residential and commercial properties.

As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of gardeners and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining our clients' gardens, which includes planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing. Additionally, you will be required to create garden designs and provide advice to clients on plant selection and maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in gardening and landscaping, with a strong knowledge of different plant species, soil types, and gardening techniques. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory. This position requires physical stamina as it involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners and assign tasks accordingly
- Plan and schedule garden maintenance tasks
- Maintain gardens by watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, etc.
- Create garden designs according to client preferences
- Provide advice on plant selection and maintenance
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of different plant species, soil types, and gardening techniques
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company for dedicated employees. Students looking for part-time work are welcome to apply as well.
