We are hiring an Architectural Designer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop architectural designs that meet building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architectural design (portfolio is a plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Optional Requirements:
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency (visa sponsorship available)
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Canada is a plus

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1800$ per month. The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
