Concierge Coordinator
As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our luxury hotel in Eldoret. Your main duties will include managing guest requests, making reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and reception areas.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- No previous experience required
- Must have own valid visa
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from guests regarding reservations, inquiries, and requests
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, shops, and activities based on guest preferences
- Make restaurant reservations, book tickets for events or attractions, arrange transportation services as requested by guests
- Monitor lobby area to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of guest requests (e.g. extra towels or toiletries)
- Handle any complaints or issues from guests in a professional manner, escalating to management if necessary
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, amenities, policies, and local area information to provide accurate information to guests
